BSDA STAFF MEMBERS:

As of December 2016, BSDA’s total regular employees are 269 and volunteers are 24. Due to different human resource development initiatives (for details please see the HR and Capacity Building Training section in the later part of this report) during the reporting period these staff-members has become more experienced, skilled and have improved management and technical skills in microfinance operation and networking. As a result, at present BSDA is managed and administered by group experienced professionals in every sectors of the organization. BSDA has 3 different categories of staff as top, mid and field level. It pursues a system of all level participatory and decentralized management for all programs /projects and planning through the participation of staff at all level.

Within the management framework, all management staff is encouraged to participate in the entire program planning, process development and exercise appropriate independence to provide creative solutions and innovative ideas. All the staff members of BSDA are well educated and committed in their responsibilities and they are considered the main levers of the organization. The services of all staff are managed by well-defined and rights based service rules, which foster an equal opportunity within the organization. BSDA has the system of promoting female staff within BSDA and maintaining good working environment.
